My grandmother is blind and has no feeling in her fingers. The service requires her to press buttons on her phone, but she cannot. There should be a way to simply say 1 or 2 instead of having to press the buttons

I was queuing up the next batch of questions for my husband and would have been easier if I could see which category they come from

We tried the dial in from a high quality speaker phone (hoping to improve the audio quality) and it would not recognize the number we called from (was not the registered number - hubby's cell). Can we add a second number to the account or have a workaround to enable my use case?

Seems the only way to get to the questions is through the call or dial in - but ONE question at a time. I'll be visiting my Sister-in-law and want to do an afternoon of interview / recordings. Is there a way to do this other than calling back in for EACH one.

This would allow users to 're-run' the AI rewrite after any transcriptions edits have been made.
